Some people don’t get it.
So my sister made Mac and cheese. I wanted some. So I got out my measuring cups so I could get a fourth cup of the stuff because I was having a big salad as well. She asked me why I was measuring. I responded so I know how much I’m eating. And she went on and on about how she doesn’t care cause she doesnt gain weight and blah blah blah. I tried to explain that it’s not because I gain weight it because I want to be healthy. Eating 800 calories of Mac and cheese (like she did).
Isn’t healthy. I just like to be aware of what I’m putting in my body!
